Classes for young adults in Balmain with Lea Kannar*

 

WHEN?

Friday Afternoons for ages 8-12

4:30 pm - 6 pm    

 

SATURDAY Mornings for ages 12 - 18

9am - 10:30 am     or       

11am - 12:30am

 

WHAT WE WILL DO IN THESE CLASSES

 

v A better understanding of how different styles of

       drawing work

v An appreciation of drawings

      by other Artists

v An understanding of the  different drawing mediums

 

Small classes of

4 - 6  students per class will allow plenty of time for Lea to work with each student.

At the end of each term the students will have worked in the ‘style of’ one or more artists.

 

FEE per 10-week term

 per student : $250.00

    Plus Materials Cost

HIGH SCHOOL &

HSC PROJECTS

 

 This may be in any of the following mediums

Printmaking - using mono prints, dry point

etching, collographs and solar plates

Painting – traditional, mixed mediums and Contemporary styles.

· Lea Kannar is an award winning artist.  Her work as been exhibited in many Prestigious art prizes here and abroad.  Including the Adelaide Perry Prize for Drawing, Mosman Art Prize, Swan Hill works on Paper Awards

· & The Waterhouse Art Prize
